We will be donating 5% of our profits to the Miami-Dade Animal Services Pet Adoption & Protection Center. For every dollar made, 5 cents is donated to the foundation to directly provide help for abandoned animals, to protect animals from cruelty, reunite lost pets with their owners, protect people and pets in our community from health-related issues and to ensure the public’s safety. The rest of the profits goes towards generating future donations and covering operating costs.

-We are based in Miami, FL but are available for travel to other locations. Additional travel fees may apply for destinations outside our service area.

How do I book a session or project with you?

-You can book a session by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date for the booking & sign a contract to secure your date. The remaining non-refundable balance is due 2 weeks before of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 2 week notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
For outdoor shoots, we can reschedule at no extra cost or move the session to an indoor location.

Can I bring guests to my session?
You’re welcome to bring a guest or two for support, but we recommend keeping it minimal to maintain focus during the shoot.

What is your turnaround time for small projects?

-Turnaround time varies depending on the project. For most small photoshoots and video projects, it’s 1-2 weeks.

Do you provide retouching or editing?
Yes, all of our photography packages include professional editing and retouching to ensure your images look their best.

Can we see examples of your work?
Absolutely! You can view our portfolio on our website or social media platforms.

Can I bring props or request specific poses?
Of course! We encourage creativity and collaboration to ensure the shoot reflects your vision.

How will the photos/videos be delivered?

A Google Drive link will be sent through text, or email. This link will be good for 2 weeks. After the 14th day, the files will be deleted. We will send a courtesy reminder message through your preferred contact method a day before the files are deleted.
